Nursing staff working for a major care provider can now give live feedback on their experiences of the service being provided in its homes and potentially raise concerns.
HC-One has launched an initiative to receive instant feedback about the quality of care and services being provided in its homes from residents, relatives and staff.
Using the tablets, residents, relatives, visitors and staff respond to a series of questions about their experience in the home, such as whether there was a positive atmosphere in the home and whether other colleagues were appropriately prepared for visitors.
It will also allow assessment of the level of staff support and engagement with residents and the home’s cleanliness, said the company.
