This is Working Feedback’s Story.

You’d be amazed at just how successful our presence on the internet is. In particular, Google has over 6 million of our pages indexed and indexes at least 2 of our web pages every second. In other words, Google knows, likes and trusts us. We want to keep it that way.

As you would imagine, these kind of numbers don’t materialise overnight and have been built up since our formation in 2006 as www.thediscdirectory.co.uk . Working Feedback was launched in 2012 to complement the online strength of The Disc Directory and our Most Recommended websites and focus on the tangible testimonial, referral and business development benefits created through a proactive feedback system. In the summer of 2014, we launched our feedback service in New Zealand headed by Russell Herd.

The company is an IBM Business Partner, NHS Choices Partner and CQC Review Partner with a number of strategic partnerships with marketing, insurance & business networking organisations as well as local councils & trade associations.  See some of our case studies.
